I wanted to thank you for doing such a great job on the sale of my property in Highlands Ranch. I was in a position in which I had to sell my house after it had depreciated over $100,000 in value. I had a first and a second mortgage on it, and had all but given up on any chance of short selling it as the second mortgage was in a position of losing everything. I didn?t see any reason why they would approve the sale. Thankfully, JD?s negotiating ability convinced the first mortgage holder to grant the second mortgage holder enough money so both would agree to the short sale. I can?t tell you enough how grateful I am that I had you two as my Realtors. I?m very aware that in most instances the first mortgage holder would have not granted the amount of money needed to satisfy the 2nd mortgage holder. I did not have to sign a promissory note and both banks accepted the terms that you so delicately negotiated. I think it really shows the talent that your team has in making these difficult deals work and getting all sides to come to an agreement. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather and JD to anyone.
